What KeyModels provides

KeyModels publishes business education content, frameworks, templates, playbooks, comparisons, and downloadable resources for learning and practical decision support.

Visitors can explore previews. A free account unlocks the foundational library and personal features described on the pricing page. A one-time outcome pack unlocks the content and files included in that pack. Pro unlocks the complete premium library and protected resource catalog, while Team includes Pro access and collaboration features for eligible members.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your login details, and using KeyModels only through an account you are authorized to use.

Your access is determined by your account, active plan, completed purchases, and eligible team membership. You may not share login credentials or use another person’s account to obtain access.

• You can manage an eligible subscription through the billing section of your account.
• Team access continues only while your team membership and the team subscription remain active.
• One-time purchases remain limited to the content and files included in the purchased pack.

Purchases, subscriptions, and cancellation

Prices, billing periods, taxes, and the content included with a purchase are shown before checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may read, save, compare, and apply KeyModels materials within the license that applies to your account or purchase.

You may not bypass access controls, scrape the library at scale, share protected files publicly, resell KeyModels content or templates as a competing library, interfere with the service, infringe the rights of others, or use the service unlawfully.

Educational content, not professional advice

KeyModels content is provided for educational and operational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for decisions made using the service and should seek qualified professional advice when appropriate.

Changes and availability

We may update the service, pricing, plans, content library, and these terms. When a change materially affects your rights or paid access, we will provide notice where required by law.

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
